Is it better to be Lucky or good?   A famous questions without an answer- until now!  Our Lucky says it is better to be both.   Lucky is an adult cat who is kitten-sized with kitten- energy.    He was found outside by a good Samaritan and found his way to POA, so he is Lucky indeed.   And he would want us to tell you that he is learning to be good.   Not that this little charmer was ever bad.   But when Lucky came to POA he had apparently not had many positive experiences with being handled by people.   It frightened him and he would scramble away.   Fortunately, Lucky adores any kind of toys and play, and is very smart, so he is slowly learning to trust.  Lucky also LOVES other cats.   Lucky is definitely more confident around another cat and we hope that- in time- Lucky will learn from his cat buddies that hands can be fun, gentle and loving.   If you are willing to offer Lucky some time and positive reinforcement, and you have a playful cat who needs a friend, please come in to meet Lucky.  After all, who couldn't use a little more good luck?

Lucky is FIV positive, but that does not mean he cannot live long and happy life. Please click here for information on FIV.
