"I ain't afraid of no ghost!"   There is certainly no need to be afraid of Casper, the friendly cat.  Lovable Casper's past is mysterious, but we do know that he somehow ended up a stray, haunting the bushes in a residential area.  Every day Casper would wait for the homeowner, howling (okay, really just meowing) to be fed.   At first Casper would disappear after eating.  Soon he felt comfortable and would rub against their legs and let them rub his head.   No longer invisible, Casper even started taking snuggly naps in the homeowners' laps!   Although they loved him, they were not able to give Casper a forever home, and so Casper came to POA.   Here, Casper has proven to be curious, talkative and not at all scary.  He loves people and is fine with other cats.  Casper's life may have started out like a ghost story, but we hope that you can provide a plot twist- a new home where Casper can live happily ever after.
