When potential adopters ask if we have any orange cats they are usually looking for more than the color.  They have a specific type of cat in mind: male, large-ish, with a big round head, sleepy eyes,  and a mellow disposition. They want a cat that is tolerant of other cats and affectionate with people. A "big mush" who will sleep on the bed and greet visitors, but who is independent enough to amuse himself (or nap) when you are otherwise occupied.  Most orange cats are not like that.  But Felix is that kind of orange cat.  From his pink nose and chubby cheeks to his friendly, calm demeanor, Felix seems to be the fantasy orange boy come to life.  So hurry in, a cat like Felix doesn't come around every day.
