Layla’s friendliness - and the purrs she emits during petting - tells us that she was someone’s beloved pet before she was found at a feeding station for a feral colony.  When she was found, she had a broken hip that is now on the mend.  She’s still a little unsteady but is healing faster every day.  Perhaps because of her time with the colony, Layla enjoys the company of other cats and would probably love to have a kitty sibling to play with when she arrives at her forever home.  Still a fairly young cat, Layla has energy to burn and would make a wonderful playmate!  And when playtime is over, Layla will enjoy some cuddle time, too.  Come meet Layla on adoption day – you’ll be glad you did!
