You might see Fluff and think, hmmmmm this name surely suits this cat! She appears so superficial..all about the fur if you will... and the gorgeous eyes. A cat this stunning will not wait long for a perfect home, because…..well... LOOK at her! She is beyond luxurious and one would assume she has not had a rough day in her life. Fluff, though, is so much more than a pretty face. She has some complex layers that have made her transition in the shelter a little harder for her. Her person fell on hard times and then became ill, being admitted to a hospital with a prognosis of unlikely recovery. Fluff has found it difficult to deal with some of the more energetic cats at the shelter as well. The stress of being new and uncomfortable with her furry unsolicited roommates has been relieved by medication at this time but we think being an only or living with only one calm kitty friend would help. Then, another layer of this slightly complicated kitty. Fluff has early stage renal disease. Her only treatment right now would be a kidney friendly diet. Fluff is a sweet girl who we honestly wish was as light and airy as her name implies. But the best love is full of layers isn’t it? We think Fluff deserves a love that runs so much deeper than her name, don’t you?
