Georgia

Name: Georgia

Age: 1 year

Breed: DMH Black & White

Sex: Female

Those bright eyes, that fluffy fur and gorgeous face. She is a looker, there is no doubt about it. Something is keeping this cat on this volunteer’s mind. One year old Georgia is petite and lovely to look at… and we imagine that potential adopters will fall in love with her at first sight. How could you not?!
She would seem so easy to place, a cat that good looking will get snapped up in seconds. Georgia is a little more complex than moonlight through pines though, which will make her perfect match a little harder to find.
This pretty girl was kept as more of a work horse than a treasured companion in her last environment, not exactly a place that one could easily call a home for her. She had to earn her only meals by mousing and we are pretty sure the hands she met with were not gentle with her as she is very hand shy and a bit protective of herself.
At the shelter, Georgia is learning that food will come and hands will love, from now on … no mousing necessary. A cat savvy person who is willing to be patient with Georgia, who will continue to work with her and give her the time she will need to fit into her new role as much loved family member would be ideal. Does your road seem to keep leading you back to this pretty girl? Well, don’t be content to see her in your dreams….contact us to meet Georgia today!
