Certain things just go together.  Things like Macaroni and Cheese... Peanut Butter and Jelly...  Batman and Robin.  And, of course, Roque (pronounced like Croquet) and Robinson- a pair of black and white bonded brothers who go together like, well, milk and cookies.   Roque and Robinson were found at about three months old, living outside with a feral mother cat.  Roque and Robinson went to a foster home to learn to trust people and are now looking for a forever home.  Roque is the braver of the two.  He is the first to come over for a treat or a toy.  He is the first to ask for more petting.  His curiosity and joy is stronger than his fear.  Robinson hangs back, watching, while his brother checks things out.  Robinson seems to remember that when he was outside not all people were kind.  But he forgets to be afraid when he gets excited chasing after a toy.  And somehow we can tell that there is a deep pool of sweetness in this cat.  These boys are not for everyone.  They are high energy combined with a fear of new people and new things.  These boys need cat-savvy adopters who are willing to play with them, work with them, and slowly earn their trust.  But they are worth the effort.  And their foster mom reports that once they felt safe, they slept on the bed every night, curled up with each other and with her.  After all, certain things just go together. Things like love and trust.  Things like home and family.  So if you think that Roque and Robinson might be the right cats for you, please come in and ask about this shy bonded pair.
