Stella & Luke - Protectors of Animals

Adopters with approved applications will be able make an appointment to meet all of our available cats. You must have an appointment, but you do not need to choose a specific cat.

Stella & Luke are a bonded pair and need to go home together. They are available as a foster-to-adopt. They both have heart murmurs and will have a repeat test in six months.

Almost five-year-old Luke (tiger and white) and Stella (black and white) are hoping for serendipity, that most special of forces that combines chance with good luck. They have faced two strokes of misfortune, which makes the timing ripe for a measure of positivity. Luke and Stella have faced their woes together, like they do with everything else, supporting one another. They both have heart murmurs, but neither requires medication. They both have waded through the uncertainty of losing a home and awaiting their next chapter at the shelter. They are partners, and in their world that is what matters most. Stella and Luke love one another. They spend their time awake and asleep always together.

In addition to loving one another, they are also sweet and gentle with people albeit a little reserved. But people are the key to Luke and Stella’s happily ever after. Not only do they need an adopter who can provide stability, they also need a special someone who understand that nothing is certain in life. This is where the serendipity comes in. If you are an adopter willing to take a chance on two very deserving cats, we feel certain that Luke and Stella will be able to move forward toward the best chapter of their story - together.
