Albert was found roaming locally and was never claimed. He is estimated to be a shih tzu/lhasa apso mix, possibly around 2 years-old. Albert is a tiny guy at 8 lbs but has a lot of puppy energy. He loves saying hi to all the people/pups he can when out and about on his daily walks! He has quite the spunky personality and would benefit from someone committed to continuing his training, in a home with children over the age of 10.
