We are scheduling appointments for adopters to come in and meet our available cats. You do not need to choose a specific cat and we are not placing cats on hold for specific adopters.
Three year old Ginny did not have the easiest start in life. She was not always treated kindly or gently. Despite this, Ginny has an open friendly heart and a trusting nature.
She will greet you joyfully. She will purr immediately. She may even roll over and show you her tummy. Ginny is absolutely overflowing with love.
But that doesn’t mean that she isn’t also ready to play. Because if you take out a toy Ginny is raring to go! Lively, even effervescent, Ginny will brighten your life. And we are looking for someone who will brighten hers. Forever.
So far Ginny has been a mixed bag when it comes to other cats. She has liked a few of the boy cats in the Shelter, but was decidedly unhappy when she met another female cat. We are continuing to assess her, but we suspect that she would be happy as a one, and only or with a single low-key male and a slow introduction.
When it comes to people, however, Ginny has no hesitation. She’s ready to put her dark days behind her and dance into the light.
