If you would like to meet Totoro, please let us know. He will meet adopters in his foster home where he is most comfortable.
Totoro was a stray, taken in by a caring neighbor. He was very sweet and friendly and, with the hope that he could find a wonderful new home, he was surrendered to Protectors of Animals. He is estimated to be about 6 years old.
Totoro's foster mom reports that he is just about the sweetest cat she has ever met. He is gentle and affectionate and loves to be petted and brushed. He warms up to new people right away. He likes taking naps on laps, and he is a wonderful nighttime sleeper.
He loves laying in the sun and looking out the window at the birds and anything else that catches his eye. He has bouts of playfulness where he really enjoys a wand toy and a little mechanical owl that chirps when he plays with it.
