Three-month-old Velma is a total sweetheart of a kitten. She can be shy and nervous at the shelter, but in her foster home Velma decided after only a day that she would come out of hiding to investigate her new humans. Velma is smart like her namesake and will come trotting over when her named is called to receive pets and attention and praise. She also loves hopping onto her foster mom’s desk to watch faces on Zoom calls or chase the cursor on the computer screen. After a few hard hours of working from home, Velma is always ready to spend the afternoon sleeping in her mom’s lap to recuperate.
She has loved all the other kitties in her foster home. Her favorite game is chasing the laser dot and going after any stick toy. She’s incredibly easy-going and sweet and will make a precious companion for her future family.
