We are scheduling appointments for adopters to come in and meet our available cats. You do not need to choose a specific cat and we are not placing cats on hold for specific adopters. Frankie is in a foster home. Please let us know if you would like to meet him so we can arrange a special appointment.
Frankie (formerly Sonic) was adopted about a year ago. Unfortunately, the resident cat does not enjoy having another cat in the house. They have made the difficult decision to help Frankie find a new home.
Frankie is the fun, best friend that you’ve been looking for! He loves to play and explore. He’s very friendly.
-He’s not shy or quiet - he announces his arrival with his pounding footsteps as he comes down the stairs four at a time, and when he enters a room he bumps the door with his shoulder so the door swings wide open as if to say "I’m here!”.
-His wand toy with the feathers and bell at the end is his absolute favorite, but a close second is his tunnel that he likes to “hide” in until you lure him out by dangling a toy that he can pounce on.
-He loves water - he likes to drink fresh water from the faucet and he is mesmerized by the water splashing around during your shower, and then will go sit in the shower after your done to watch the water dripping down the sides and try to catch them.
-He loves an open window so he can breathe the fresh air and hear all the bird sounds, and will chatter back at them. He’s so smart, he’s learned to pat the windowsill when he wants the window open.
-He’s a big nighttime snuggler. He will sleep all night long with his chosen person, right snug up against you. Maybe on top of you.
