Chai

Dainty Chai is more than a masterpiece—she is sheer purrfection. From the moment you meet her, Chai will want to cuddle with you. If you’re sitting when you first encounter her, be ready for her to crawl into your lap and curl up. After a bit, this petite gray tiger may sit up and reach for your shoulder so you and she can snuggle cheek-to-cheek. All the while, you’ll hear and feel this darling girl’s light, sweet purring as she captivates you and wins your heart.

At eleven months old, Chai is as playful as she is loving. She has a special fondness for wand toys, stuffed mice, and balls. As graceful as a ballerina, she bats at dangling strings and darts after balls. According to her foster mom, Chai can be picked up and carried like a doll.

As if she wasn’t purrfect enough, Chai is also good with other cats, especially those who are on the gentler side. In the words of one of our volunteers, Chai is everyone’s cup of tea. We will caution you of one thing: if you would like to meet Chai, you should be prepared to act quickly. This delicate young cat has charmed everyone she’s met, and we fully expect that she will have many admirers who hope to take her home.
