Dolly

Two-year-old Dolly is a lovely lady who had to grow up faster than she might have liked. She's already been a mama to 4 kittens but still holds tight to her playful energy, as though she wished she were a kitten herself. Dolly loves active entertainment and is happy to spend time with people who indulge her interest in stalking, jumping, leaping and twirling. She's very grateful when she finds a human playmate though Dolly's energy level isn't always elevated. She's not one of those battery operated toys that refuses to shut itself off. There are periods of rest and repose between her gymnastic sessions, and during those times she is happy to be cuddled or even held.

While Dolly is content to spend her time with people she is rather undecided about her feelings for other cats. She tends to be a tad hissy in their presence. Hissing in and of itself is not necessarily bad: it's a form of cat communication that can mean anything from "I'm feeling uneasy and just want you to know" to "You have a nanosecond to leave my presence". Dolly's message is still up for interpretation, but we suspect she's going to be a little choosy about her living arrangements and would need a slow and measured introduction to any roommates. Dolly is definitely a lot of fun and she is ready to entertain and be entertained in a home she can call her own.
