We are scheduling appointments for adopters to come in and meet our available cats. You do not need to choose a specific cat and we are not placing cats on hold for specific adopters. Levi needs to be the only cat in the home. He should not be in a home with small children. Levi lives in a foster home because he does not get along with other cats. If you would like to meet Levi, we will arrange a special appointment for him (and his foster mom) to meet you.
Say hello to two year old Levi, a Siamese mix with stunning blue eyes and an endless reserve of energy and affection! Levi also knows exactly what he likes and what he doesn’t like!
What does he like? Levi is an absolute lovebug who loves snuggles and will give you kisses. He has a lot of personality and a huge heart. Levi is also very talkative and social, and quickly makes friends with new people. He loves to play, especially with any toys that have jingle bells on them. Levi likes to romp around and to run up and down stairs when he gets his zoomies.
What doesn’t Levi like? Well… other cats. Levi does not get along with other cats, and needs to be the only cat in the house. He can also sometimes get overstimulated when he plays and doesn’t like playtime to end. But Levi may need time to cool down when he gets too excited, to avoid transferring his play aggression to people. For this reason, we think he would do best in a home without small children and with experienced cat owners who can read his body language and maintain consistent boundaries with him around play time.
So yes, Levi has his quirks. (Who doesn’t?) But he is devastatingly handsome (if a little bit cross eyed), funny, smart, loyal, and loving. He is a fabulous cat. He just needs the right home to feel safe and settle in with his forever humans.
