Meet Me, Marvelous Miss Mia!
Hi I’m Mia, a five-year-old brown tabby. I was adopted last year but was later returned to the shelter, which made me scared, sad, and bewildered. I don’t care for other kitties and I hated the noise and commotion of the shelter, so I was one positively surly kitty. But in stepped foster mom to save the day! At her house I have shown myself to be sweet and loving (just look at those pics!). At first, I was a bit overstimulated by too much petting, but foster mom quickly discovered a clever work-around: brushing, which I love! Now that I have been with her a few weeks I am much more happy and calm. I enjoy petting, snuggling and even sitting in her lap. I love my scratching pad and post and use them regularly instead of mom’s furniture or rugs. I play with balls and springs occasionally, but mostly I am low-energy and just enjoy being around mom, although I do very well on my own while she’s away at work, too! I would love to be your one-and-only kitty and would do best in a quieter home without small children. Make an appointment now to meet me!
