Othello – The Long-Legged Acrobat with a Loud Purr

Othello is a 4-month-old domestic short hair boy with long legs, a playful spirit, and a serious talent for turning everyday moments into kitten adventures. As one of the “Little O’s”—alongside Ophelia, Odin, Owen, and Ozzy—he’s part of a close-knit, affectionate crew known for their impressive cuddle piles and symphony of five unique purrs.

This handsome boy is both athletic and affectionate. Othello loves to cuddle and will happily settle in with a loud, steady purr once he’s gotten his energy out. And he definitely knows how to make an entrance—especially when his foster mom is bent over scooping the litter box. That’s his cue to leap onto her back and take a little ride, often climbing right up to her shoulder as she stands. It’s one of his favorite (and most entertaining) tricks.

When it comes to playtime, Othello is all in. He enjoys wrestling and chasing his siblings, and like the rest of the litter, he believes every toy is the best toy—whether it’s a ping-pong ball, wand toy, tunnel, or rattling mouse. After a busy play session, he’s always ready to join the group for a cozy cuddle pile, even as fitting all five kittens in one spot becomes more of a challenge.

Othello would thrive in a home with a feline companion—ideally one of his siblings or another young, playful cat to match his energy and keep him company. With his long-legged charm, affectionate nature, and playful antics, Othello is sure to bring fun, love, and plenty of purrs to his forever home.

Initially, they were not fond of the Friskies pate. They finally started eating with Friskies shreds (chicken or Turkey and giblets) and fancy feast grilled chicken or turkey. Now they enjoy Friskies pate, poultry platter or turkey and giblets.
