Name: Prancer
Age: 3 months
Breed: DMH
Sex: Male
Prancer should be resting with his reindeer theme litter after a busy Christmas season with Santa… but that’s the last thing on his mind! He’s the most shy yet the most vocal of his litter.
Prancer is the first to spook if he hears a weird noise, and often looks like he is grumpy, but he’s so sweet. If he’s playing outside of his foster room and loses sight of his siblings he cries to let them know he’s looking for them.
Prancer loves paper bags, wand toys and of course a squeeze up treat is a favorite. He should use wand toys while supervised because he likes to drag the whole thing around and even loop it around his entire body! He likes both a vertical and horizontal scratching pad or post. He’s great with other cats. In his foster home one of the older cats loves playing and observing the kittens, and two other cats want nothing to do with the fosters. Prancer and his siblings don’t mind anyone occasionally hissing at them… but love having the extra company and insist on being around all the cats.
If choosing two kittens, their foster mom would recommend adopting Prancer and Dancer together. While they aren’t bonded, Dancer is very confident and Prancer likes to know he is safe with his siblings around. While he is vocal and seems to like to be in constant communication with his siblings… he is the only one who taught himself to open his cage while at the shelter for neuter. So, he too is independent and loves a great solo adventure!
