We are scheduling appointments for adopters to come in and meet our available cats.  You do not need to choose a specific cat and we are not placing cats on hold for specific adopters.
“Hey, everybody! It’s me—Wyatt! Great to meet you! Let’s play!”
Wyatt doesn’t actually say this in words, but make no mistake: this gorgeous pewter-colored boy wants to meet *everybody*. He’s the guy with the confident smile who will walk right up to you, shake your hand, and strike up a conversation that will make you feel as if he’s been waiting his whole life just to talk with you.
Five-year-old Wyatt is lean and leggy and as full of energy as any kitten. Leap high to grab the wand toy, race after the laser light, tackle the kickeroo, dash through the tunnel, scramble up the cat tree, spring to the top of the condos—playtime is the best! Then, when he’s burned off some of his energy, Wyatt will settle down and let you pet his beautiful dark gray fur, resting under your gentle hand and marveling at how good his life is.
From what we’ve seen, there’s only one thing Wyatt loves more than fussing and playtime, and that’s FOOD. Wyatt is the kind of cat we describe as “food-motivated,” which is a nice way of saying that Wyatt loves, loves, looooves his food. Meals and treats, treats and meals—Wyatt loves them all. If you’re looking for a debonair dining companion, Wyatt may be just the guy for you.
You may be wondering how Wyatt is with other cats. At present, he seems to be cat-selective, meaning that he likes some cats and not others. If you already have a cat in your home and you’d like to meet Wyatt, the placement team can help you determine whether Wyatt would be a good fit for your household. If Wyatt isn’t the right cat for you, you can still help him by sharing about this wonderful boy so that he can find his perfect forever home.

Adoptions are now done by appointment only. Email [email protected] for more info and an appointment. Adopters must have an approved application before scheduling an appointment.
