Meet Dee Dee!
Dee Dee is an 8 year old Chihuahua who came to POA from a neglect situation with her three housemates (be sure to check out Snoopy, Butch, and Honey too!). She was emaciated, flea ridden, with tons of fur loss - she barely weighed 5lbs and did not feel well at all. Fast forward after lots of TLC, food, and a newly established Chihuahua wardrobe of sweaters, she has gained weight, has been regrowing fur, and is ready for her furever home.
She adores attention, but is timid at first. Scoop her up and she is thrilled to be held and snuggle in a lap. She is used to living with multiple other Chihuahuas and is happy to entertain other kind and friendly tiny canine friends (she would be very happy to go home with her friend Honey - they bunk together and make the best Chihuahua cuddle puddle!). She is older kid tested and approved! Dee Dee is pee pad trained and does her business outside as well.
