There are excellent spay / neuter clinics in our area with costs under $100 including current shots. POA has launched a new program (SpayCT.org) in Apr 2014. Its goal is to increase awareness about benefits of spay/neuter and providing resources (clinic information) for residents of CT, MA and RI.
