"Freedom's just another word for nothin' left to lose.  Nothin' ain't worth nothin' but it's free.
Feelin' good was easy, Lord, When he sang the blues.  And feelin' good was good enough for me.
Good enough for me and Bobby McGee.
From Kentucky coal mines, to the California sun, Bobby shared the secrets of my soul.
Through all kinds of weather, Lord, tthrough everything I done, Bobby baby kept me from the cold.
Then somewhere near Salinas, Lord, I let him slip away.  Lookin' for a home and I hope he'll find it.
But I'd trade all of my tomorrows, for one single yesterday, holdin' Bobby's body next to mine.... "
         ~Me and Bobby McGee
Our Bobby is a gentle giant, a big-headed boy, with a mild heart murmur, who spent some rough time out on the road.  Bobby was clearly someone's beloved cat once; he likes people and playing, getting his head rubbed, and just sacking out watching the action.   We don't know how Bobby ended up outside, singing the blues.  Maybe he got too big, maybe they moved away.....   What we do know, is that Bobby is a happy guy who deserved better.   Now neutered, vetted, and up to date on shots, Bobby is ready for that home- a place where he can lay his big, round head forever.  If you like snuggling up to a big lug of a cat, Bobby will help you remember how great it is to enjoy the moment, to notice how good it feels to be safe, and warm, and loved.
Bobby is FIV positive, but that does not mean he cannot live long and happy life. Please click here for information on FIV.
