Billy is a 5 year old Shih Tzu mix that’s small on size and big on love! He is the sweetest little nugget who loves to walk around town and then hang out and cuddle. This guy was found roaming and never claimed and is looking for his forever family who will enjoy his adorable face and infectious energy. He is good in the car and great with other dogs as well.
