Oliver was found roaming in pretty bad shape but has since been groomed and vetted and is ready for his new home! He is a 2 year-old shih tzu mix with quite the personality! He is active and loves his walks, but also happy lounging around. Oliver is house-trained but would also benefit from continued training so he learns who is the boss!
