Meet Percy!

This is Percy! He is a 10 year old Lhasa Apso/Havanese mix and weighs 17lbs (he's still working on gaining a few more pounds!). This quiet, gentle soul was turned in as a stray to Animal Control in a neglected, terrible condition. After a complete grooming and shaving, and lots of good food, he looks and feels great and is gaining some much needed weight. Percy just wants to be with his people and will thank you with sweet kisses. He loves his short walks and does the cutest mini Zoomies. Percy has some vision and hearing impairments, but these do not slow him down at all! He navigates around like no one's business and is quite adept at hand signals. Percy is dog friendly and would not mind a gentle canine housemate (he is not looking for a playmate, just a roomie potentially, or would be happy as the only spoiled pup as well).
