Meet Roman!

Introducing POA's latest heartthrob - Roman! He is a 4 year old Maltese/Shih Tzu mix. He's a sturdy lad weighing in at 15lbs. Roman is a fun little dude with lots of moxie and is so intelligent. Oh, and did we mention handsome as well?! Roman is currently loving his short, puppy cut during these warm, dog days of summer. However, heo also completely nails the rockstar look with his long, flowing locks in the colder months! Roman was never socialized much in his previous home nor was he ever told "no." With POA, Roman has been learning manners, basic commands, and is meeting lots of new people. Roman is looking for his furever home with an adult-only family experienced with dogs needing consistent structure and boundaries to be canine good citizens. Roman enjoys long walks, especially with a small dog pal as company (he may consider sharing his home with a small, female dog). Connecticut adopters only please.
