Walter

Walter was found roaming the streets of New Haven, when animal control officers took him in he was dirty, matted, and hungry. He is all cleaned up now and ready to take on the world (and just look how nicely he cleaned up, he’s adorable!)

Walter is a sweet boy who has a lot of energy and loves to go for nice long walks and explore the world around him, and he just keeps going and going and going...

But at the end of the day nothing would make him happier than a loving family to call his own!

Walter would do best with and active family that can help him expel some of his energy every day. He would prefer a home with older children or only adults. He is a smart boy and is working hard on learning his basic commands, so an adopter who is committed to continuing his training would be ideal.
