Zorro

Meet Zorro! He is a 9 year old Beagle/Dachshund mix and weighs 17lbs. He is not as swashbuckling as Antonio Banderas, but definitely is just as handsome! Before coming to POA, Zorro was in a home with 7 other dogs. He and Mia, his "honey," had 6 puppies and they all lived together as one big happy family. Unfortunately, one of their owners passed away and POA stepped in to help. Right now, Zorro shares a pen with his daughter, Porsha. They are not a bonded pair, but the two love each other's company. If a family wishes to adopt both sweeties, we would certainly consider that option. Zorro is a super sweet guy who enjoys walks and loves to be petted and brushed. His diet needs to be managed with prescription food, but he is otherwise in good health. Zorro is good with other dogs (not sure about cats). Children over 10 years old may be okay.
