Susan grew up in Avon, went to UCONN, lives in Burlington for the last 25+ years and has two grown sons, Austin and Matt. She is currently a Managing Director at RSR Partners, a boutique board and executive search firm. Sue has also worked for various organizations as a human resources executive. She has always loved animals, and wanted to be a part of something to make the world a better place for them. She enjoys traveling, running, and spending time with her family and friends.
