Cher is now renamed Millie and Violet is now renamed Zelda, although we also call her Z. They are both doing wonderfully. They are both out and about now. Zelda is now wandering around and super cuddly. Millie is playful and loves exploring. They have been introduced to each other and get along great!
I adopted “Daisy” on January 19, 2019. Daisy has been a fantastic kitty, while still crazy and full of life, she has settled in nicely and has plenty of kisses to share with her adoptive mom and brother and sisters.
Screech has adapted very well to the house and enjoys having a playmate she can rough house with. She’s somewhat mischievous and still likes to yell – she’s even taught kawi how to beg for food.
Bebe, formerly Barbara, has fit right into the family! Things are warming up slowly but surely between her and our other cat Tiki, and she is so patient with the kids.
“Peter” (now Percy) is now 5 1/2 months old and doing so well! He is my cute little snuggler and loves nothing more than to fall asleep on my lap or my chest when I get home from work. His favorite things include: playing with anything that moves, long car rides, licking the rim of my water glass as soon as I put it on the table, sleeping upside-down, yelling at me when I get home from work about how long I’ve been away, snuggling into anything soft and fuzzy, posing for instagram photos, and watching tv (especially Queer Eye on Netflix). We are still working on the fact that night time is for sleeping and not playing with my feet under the blankets, but it’s a work in progress! He has grown so much!
Rock and Sonny are thriving. Rock sleeps on our bed now at night and Sonny is getting braver. Rock loves to be patted while on the bed. They enjoy tearing around the house and playing with their toys. The cat tower top shelf is Sonny’s favorite spot.
Orrion who has become Mingus is now quite comfortable in his new home. Mingus is an extraordinarily handsome fella and his calm nature is a joy. Of course as a kitten, Mingus has his crazy run around the house do crazy things moments and then his come sit on your lap and fall asleep moments. He’s just a complete delight.
I adopted a kitten from you 2 weeks ago, Minnie. I had an adult cat Ferdinand who had reacted poorly to other cats in the past so I was really worried about the introduction. Falsely as it turns out. Ferdinand loves his new sister who I’ve named Isabella. He even stood up to my parents dog that was visiting! He’s never stood up to her before but as soon as she so much as sniffed Izzie he descended like a guardian angel. With claws. He gives her baths and they play all the time. He’s never hissed at her or shown any aggression! They even cuddle up to sleep! Though I don’t have a picture of it since as soon as I turn he light on they move apart! He absolutely loves her. And I love her to pieces too. She’s got quite the personality. 4 pounds of sass is what my family says. She’s also loving as all get out. Follows me around the apartment.
